Did you know…..
A mother can lose up to 21% of the fat stores in her brain

(enter: mom brain)!

So much of a new mother's attention is focused on her baby in the beginning, it can be hard to remember how important it is for mama to be taken care of as well!

Throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding, a mothers’ body devotes tremendous resources and nutrient stores to ensure her baby receives all they need to grow healthy and strong. Without adequate nourishment, and in some cases supplements, some postpartum mamas can be more susceptible to anemia, osteopenia, fatigue, and depression.

If you're breastfeeding, what you eat can also directly affect the quality of your breast milk. Consuming a nutrient-dense diet will enrich your milk with the nutrients necessary to help your baby's brain and body grow and develop.

A practical and individualized nutrition plan can help you safely balance your body while replenishing your reserves so you can feel your best.

Fill your cup, your bowl and your plate – so that you have all the nourishment you need

and more than enough to share.
